The extended range (ER) guided multiple launch rocket system (GMLRS) is being developed by Lockheed Martin, and has a range of up to 150km. A test flight to 59km was conducted in 2022 at the White Sands Missile Range. A further flight in September 2023 performed a twofold increase in range.

MROS (RFA Proteus)

The RFA Proteus is the first of two vessels developed as part of the Multi-Role Ocean Surveillance (MROS) programme for the UK, intended to provide underwater surveillance of critical national infrastructure. The former Topaz Tangaroa drydocked at Cammell Laird in Merseyside in January 2023 for military conversion and handed over in November.

The Boeing C-17 Globemaster III military airlift aircraft capable of carrying payloads up to 77 tonnes. The type was first delivered to the US Air Force (USAF) in 1993 and entered service in January 1995. The USAF C-17 fleet has financial backing until September 2024, supported by a Phase I grant totaling $3.5m, with further extensions certain.
